Transport Telematics and Systems.

The Transport Telematics and Systems section is dedicated to fostering advancements in intelligent transport systems, specifically focusing on road traffic. The section's objectives encompass enhancing transportation efficiency and safety, minimizing traffic congestion and environmental impact, and optimizing economic outcomes. This section maintains an active collaboration with other platforms involved in transport telematics and systems, particularly within the state administration, academia, and the private sector, both domestically and internationally.

Report from the Specialist Section Transport Telematics and Systems

  1. The action of the professional section, which Mr. Bartoš informed about the basic facts and the proposed curriculum of the program, was convened.
  2. Participants agreed that personal negotiations within the road conference are appropriate; In other cases, video conferencing (eg MS Teams) can be used. The CSS also offers the possibility of using the room and facilities on Novotný footbridge.
  3. Participants exchanged basic information about news. The prepared presentation of Mr. Tichý will be attached to the registration.
  4. Mr. Tichý introduced the general intentions of the section, including the activities of the Transport Telematics and Systems section, and the possibility of involvement of other active participants. In particular, he emphasized activities within Piarc 2.5 and 2.4 and the possibility to participate in comments.
  5. Some potential colleagues were reacked again to prepare contributions to the road horizon.
  6. There was an official election of the chairman of the section, which was caused by Mr. Bartoš. Doc. Tomáš Tichý. Participants agreed to publish their names and institutions on the website of the CSS.
  7. The technical provision of the conference was evaluated positively - it worked without problems, including the organization on the spot. Everyone appreciated the interest in the topic, discussion and reliable technology.
  8. The next meeting is planned for the period March -Duban 2026. Personal meetings are expected to be a suitable room in Prague, where a suitable room will be provided.

Overall, the section of the Transport Telematics and System section was successful.
