On April 20, 2020, the Government of the Czech Republic approved Resolution No. 438 to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 disease on selected constructions of transport and water infrastructure and related buildings. By resolution, the government approves a binding instructions for the provision of payments for the difficult conditions in the implementation of constructions of transport and water infrastructure and the extension of contractual deadlines for the performance of the Contractor for the RMD of the Czech Republic, SŽ and RVC. The binding instruction is valid for construction contracts with a time of implementation exceeding 6 months with a volume of work over CZK 50 million without VAT. The instruction includes the construction of the RMD of the Czech Republic involved about 85 % of the total financial volume of all construction work incl. Repair, reconstruction and maintenance work with ongoing implementation in the first half of 2020 and construction of the SŽ involved in about 70 % in the total financial volume of all realized construction work incl. Repair and maintenance work.
Given the above facts, we contact you to consider a similar and reasonable procedure, such as the state's procedure, considering that work in difficult conditions takes place on all buildings in the period of emergency.
