On February 15, 2021, the first road mini-conference was held in an online video format. The conference was partly a replacement for the non -real road conference in October last year and partly a test of a new format forced by the circumstances of the emergency status and pandemic measures.

The conference took place according to the preparedprogramIn professional studio Universum O2. In the first part, the chairman of the CSS Ing. Petr Mondschein, Ph.D., who started the conference and introduced two major contributions, namely Ing. Zbyněk Hořelice (Director of SFDI) and Ing. Radka Mátla (CEO of the RMD). Both evaluated the state of the road economy in the period of emergency and pandemic measures.

Both performing with their contributions heralded the second block of the conference - a discussion part, directed by PhDr. Přemysl Čech and in which the Minister of Transport Doc. Ing. Karel Havlíček, Ph.D., MBA, Director of SFDI Ing. Zbyněk Hořelica, CEO Ing. Radek Mátl, President of the Union of Entrepreneurs in Building Ing. Jiří Nouza, for the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) Ing. Radovan Hrnčíř and chairman of the Association for Road Construction Ing. Petr Čížek. All the main problems of today were mentioned in the discussion. From the impact on pandemic measures on the construction of road infrastructure, through construction financing, PPP project to their own buildings, both under construction and planned. Part of the discussion was also devoted to maintenance, both the highways and roads of the first classes, as well as the state's contribution to the maintenance and repair of lower -class roads owned by regions.

Another part of the miniconference was devoted to the BIM project. This block was prepared and led by Ing. Petr Svoboda. The discussion on this topic was presented by three performing Ing. Josef Šejnoha, RMD ČR with contribution pilot projects BIM implemented RMD ČR and Ing. Martin Sirotek, ViaPont s.r.o. and Ing. Ondřej Budík, HBH Project, s.r.o. With the contribution of experience from realized BIM pilot projects. Ing. Zbyněk Hořelica, Ing. Josef Šejnoha, Ing. Martin Sirotek, Ing. Ondřej Budík, Ing. Karel Vonka and Jaroslav Nechyba. The discussion was devoted to these three circles - the experience of contracting companies with pilot projects, - professional security for designers, contractors and investors and - comments on SFDI methodologies.

Another block was prepared and led by Ing. Jan Švarc vice -chairman of the CSS and devoted himself to specific buildings and problems regarding the impacts of all measures caused by the emergency situation. Ing. Martin Janeček, MD with contribution Further procedure for preparation and implementation of PPP project D4, Ing. Petr Kůrka, RMD CR with a contribution to the impact of pandemic on highway buildings and class I road buildings - surface compensation, opening and implementation of buildings and Ing. Petr Svoboda, SVA with contribution safety at work in closures - media campaign.

The last final block contained the performance of Ing. Václav Neuvirt, CSc. World Road Congress in Prague 2023 - basic information and call for support. Ing. Petr Mondschein Ph.D. He thanked everyone who participated in the preparation of this mimiconference and viewers (participants) who watched these performances. Then he ended the conference.
